The University of Chicago Hospitals

We began, as usual, with questionnaires and a series of short pre-production meetings which led to the development of a working outline. The creative brief called for navigation structures which contained a striking, yet subtle set of visual cues which would help to create a strong branding impression and telegraph a sense of place without compromising the utilitarian functions of the site.

We delivered a visually complete, fully linked skeletal structure to the UC production team, who are now writing the final copy and pasting it into the site. The page templates which we created helped hold down production costs and will provide them with a set of finished structures which can be easily cloned in-house when it's time to revise and expand the site
